Required for an experienced HR Specialist in UAE.
Job Details:
* Ensure employee relations in the branch is handled locally and any
escalations to HR Head office.
* Oversee the performance management system in the branch.
* Guide Managers and employees on the HR system.
* Assist in recruitment in the branch.
Job Requirements:
* University Graduate.
* Advanced computer software skills (MS office).
* Five years HR experience.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
