* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Engineering).

* Knowledge of (OSHA, NEBOSH, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, first aids)

* Fluent in English - Spoken and Written (+ Arabic is preferable)

* five years of experience in the same field of HSE in the construction project (Power/ Energy)

Job Responsibilities:

* Deliver site safety induction courses for the new staff.

* Organize, implement and manage the HSE functions at site as per company's / Project's HSE plan.

* Performs inspections and provide the support or alert the project team of any potential problem or hazard.

*Attend monthly meeting and reporting on HSE performance, safety accidents and incidents.
