Job Details:
-Offer HSES strategic direction for the business unit
-Implement HSES execution plans to support the business unit and other support functions
-Manage the HSES Dept resources in accordance with the agreed budgets
-Provide day to day tactical support to members of the business unit management team
-Ensure there are sufficient and competent resources available to support the needs of the business unit
-Ensure all business unit activities meet or exceed the applicable HSES laws, regulations, codes of practice, policies, licences, standards and procedures
-Ensure HSES is fully considered and integrated in new business opportunities
Requirements:
*Expertise in HSES planning and execution, Risk Management and Management of Change,Incident Investigation and Root Cause Analysis,Incident Command & Control etc.
*Crisis Management skills
*Excellent managerial qualities
*Be a smart and presentable person always
