Job Details:
*Assist a diverse client group
*Assist with all aspects of HR across the country.
*Handling all recruitment and working closely with senior business leaders on strategy and engagement.
*Leading a project to reform the company's compensation and benefits offering to staff, re-vamping their training programmes
Requirements:
-Appropriate acdemic Degree is required
-Must be currently working within the retail industry
-Must have substantial HR generalist experience.
-Experience of overhauling a company’s compensation and benefits scheme.
-Experience of managing a team will be preferred
