JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

-Candidate must be CIPD qualified.

-Having at least 8 years of experience in HR within financial services sector.

-Excellent knowledge of Bahrain employment and other relevant legislation.

-Ability to work within an International banking environment and a matrix structure.

Training & Development
Performance Management
Review Compensation and ensure market competitiveness 
Day to Day operations including HR & Administration functions with adherence to Bahrain labour law
