JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

•Must be CIPD qualified.

•At least 8 years of experience in HR within financial services sector.

•Excellent knowledge of Bahrain employment and other relevant legislation.

•Ability to work within an International banking environment and a matrix structure.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection.

Training and Development.

Review Compensation and ensure market competitiveness. Complete annual market surveys.

Day to Day operations including HR and Administration functions with adherence to Bahrain labour law.
