                   Combined Group Contracting Company (CGC) was established in 1965 in Kuwait as a limited liability company with a total paid capital of KD 7,500 (approximately USD 28,000 ) With perseverance, diligent work, non-stop development and improvement, a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, and above all else, with god's grace, the company became a publicly traded shareholding company with a paid up capital of KD 7,260,000 (approximately USD 27 million).
CGC also opened in Qatar and the company is currently executing two huge projects, together worth around USD 300 Million.
From KD 50,000 (approximately USD 185,000) in total revenues in 1965 to over KD 120 million (approximately USD 480,000,000) in total revenues in 2007, CGC has moved from strength to strength over the last four decades. Our staff currently reaches over 4000 employees in Kuwait and over 1000 employees in Qatar, among whom are some of the finest names in the contracting and engineering industry in the Arab world.
Our activities now span the oil sector where we have become main contractors for companies such as Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC), and the Joint Operations(JO).


Job Responsibilities: 

Responsible for all human resource activities including employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training and development and implementation of the relevant labor laws and regulations.
Manage and develop the company’s HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Review employment applications, interview applicants, and evaluate their skills and make recommendation regarding the applicants’ qualifications and their suitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment sources such as employment agencies.
Prepare and maintain company salary structure (salary scale) and benefits and incentive packages.
Develop and manage new employee orientations training system. 
Attend to and resolve employee problems and complaints.
Conduct training needs analysis and develop and manage training programs. 
Perform manpower planning and determine staffing levels in anticipation of new projects and ending projects. 
Perform and manage succession planning and career advisory services.  

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree of Business Administration  
Masters Degree in Human Resources Management (preferable)
10 years experience in the Human Resources Management with the last 5 being with a contracting company. 
Languages: Arabic & English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
I.T skills: Excellent computer literacy, Microsoft Office, Oracle E-business Suite (preferable)
