We are looking to add senior level expertise and experience to effectively manage HR function at Group level. The candidate should be Graduate in Business, Industrial or Human Relations with specialized training and related experience of 8 years in similar position. Must be able to communicate and coordinate effectively with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities include organizing, managing and supporting at each company level, all Human Resources functions such as Personnel & Administration; Skills Inventory Program; Human Resources Information; Performance Management Systems and leadership Initiatives. Additionally oversee Group Level facilities and resources for employees and managing Government Relations. Candidate must be computer literate and have good verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. The position offers an excellent salary and allowance package including family status, furnished accommodation, free company owned and maintained car, annual home passage, gratuity etc.
