Job Details:
•Determine capacity of team to take on new matters or clients - managing workflow
•Provide accurate monthly billing estimates
•Manage the outsourced migration process of clients (ensuring compliance) and overall project /program management.
•Report on billing to Senior Managers of the team to ensure targets met - managing under performers
•Manage delivery of services to clients with respect to corporate immigration issues associated with the transfer of staff into the UAE including processing employee and family work and residence permits.
Requirements:
-Should have relevant experience in a managerial/business development role within a leading immigration specialist company (in UAE)
-Excellent managerial abilities are required
-Excellent team working, leadership skills
-Be a smart and presentable person always
