Job Details:
•Generally assist Senior Quantity Surveyor.
•Deputize for Senior Quantity Surveyor when required.
•Check Contractor’s valuations, record measure of work done.
•Prepare variations and dayworks.
•Prepare cost estimates.
•Inspection of claims from Contractors.
•Assists the preparation of payments to Contractors, Final Account.
•Liaise with Department in financial matters as required.
Requirements:
•Must hold a Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or an equivalent.
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
•At least 2 years relevant experience in roads, highway, bridge, underground utilities, and infrastructure projects.
•High attention to detail
