JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a multinational insurance organization to join their team in Dubai. 

Qualification Requirements:

•Bachelors Degree in Nursing.

•At least 7 years of similar experience in the insurance industry in the GCC (some previous medical experience is an advantage).

•Fluency in English (French, Spanish, Arabic skills will be a plus).

Responsibilities:

*Visit providers to coordinate care for customers by reviewing medical and claim information.

*Evaluate complex cases and receive appropriate clinical expertise on diagnosis and treatment plans.

*Ensure compliance with approved services and fees and discuss cases with hospital staff and physicians.

*Coordinate care with other nurses from other regions around the world when a need for local/regional expertise is important for better care or to comply with the regulations.
