* Provide overall guidance and direction to all survey & investigation
    work to be carried out by various experts.

 * Provide overall guidance and direction of feasibility study
   and detailed design work.

 * Preparation and submission of Inception Report,
   Draft & Final Feasibility Report, Draft & Final Preliminary
   Project Report.

Job Requirement:

* Engineering graduate

* Minimum five years experience in design and implimentation
  of auto irrigation systems for landscape.

* Good knowledge of Irrigation and water project.

* Good communication skills in English.
