A Multination Security Company based in GCC is looking for IT Help Desk Engineer .
Candidate should have IT engineering background with 2 to 4 years of working experience in the same field ,knowledge of windows XP, Office 2003 and SQL data base system in network environment(Windows XP MCP is essential).
Job responsibility includes supporting the users in Branch offices, managing the helpdesk internet system, resolve first line technical problems by providing support via the helpdesk system. Manage the IT department mailbox and enter all new jobs onto helpdesk system. He is also responsible for installing, rebuilding, configuring, upgrading desktop system, first line support for desktop software related queries. Escalate jobs to server engineer, soft engineer or Director of IT if not resolvable after initial investigation and, organize equipment repair/return.
