and Services to high profile female clientele is
looking for qualified and career oriented Female to
join their team as: IT SUPPORT ENGINEER – Female

Qualification Requirements:

= Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information
Technology.

= Good knowledge of Microsoft and 3rd Party Desktop
Applications.

= Strong Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
Remotely and Via Phone.

= High competence in all Client based Windows
Operating Systems (2000, XP, Vista).

= Very good knowledge of some/all of the following:
Windows Server 2000/ 2003, DNS, DHCP, Active
Directory, SQL Server, ISA Server and Aloha.

= Good Knowledge of Network Printers Installation and
Troubleshooting, Access Points, Back ups, Antivirus
and Spyware.

= Should possess excellent English communication and
client service skills, Fluent Arabic speaking skills
will be an added advantage.

= Any qualifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCSA would be
considered an advantage.
