Requirements:
 
* The ideal candidate must be a  Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering 
 
* The person should have minimum 4-5 years of experiences in Technical Support  
 
*  Good experience with Moodle and SharePoint 
 
* Microsoft and Cisco certification is preferred
 
*  UAE driving license is mandatory for this position
 
* Good communication skills.
