Job description
· ITIL Certified. Minimum “ITIL V2 Manager” certification. “ITIL V3 Expert” preferable.
· Minimum five years hands-on experience in Data Center administration activities per ITIL standards.
· Strong project management qualifications. Certifications such as PMP or Prince2 preferable.
· Strong written and verbal English language skills.
· Strong documentation and writing skills to author professional reports and presentations.
· Experienced in documenting, reviewing, refining & implementing internal processes.
· Ability to effectively train others in ITIL disciplines.
· Arabic language a plus.
· Saudi nationals preferred.
