Job description
This client is a conglomerate of companies, long established in Al Khobar, KSA.
With a real estate business, they have requirement for Mid Level Architect to join their team.
This person will be reporting to the Project Manager, and will be assisting in managing the companies real estate projects new build and renovation which include residential, commercial and retail projects across the Kingdom.
Qualifications
This Architect will have 5 years experience post qualification of an Architecture degree.
Experience will be broad for the 5 years of experience, as this person will be responsible for advising on renovation works required for older buildings, liaising with engineers and contractors.
This person will have strong technical knowledge, the ability to assess design and take responsibility on, working autonomously.
This person will be an Arabic speaker and currently living in the Gulf.
