Lead Estimator (Fit Out) is required by Engage Selection, for their Client which is a leading interior fit out contractor based in Dubai
Job Details:
*Preparation of Tender Packages , enquiries, analysis, negotiation, scope of works and levelling activities
*Timely and accurate recording of information on internal databases
*Working mainly on hospitality and commercial projects
*Lead the estimation team and achieve the strongest tender.
Requirements:
-Experience: Minimum five years experience as an estimator within a UAE fit out company.
-Capacity to manage multiple high value bids per month.
-Must possess own network of trusted suppliers and sub-contractors and able to negotiate with them.
-Proven capacity in leading a team.
-Excellent analytical skills required
