The ideal candidate should be a qualified graduate in law or equivalent with minimum three years post qualification experience in the field of corporate business industry. The candidate should be responsible to peruses legal documents including legal agreements, labor law and company set ups, joint venture agreements, agency agreements, memorandum of incorporation, confidentiality agreements, prepares routine legal documents such as confidentiality agreements, authorizations, board resolutions, prepares and reviews records, legal documents and correspondence.
