The ideal candidate should be a qualified graduate in law or equivalant with minimum +2years post qualification experience in UAE. he/she should be responsible to peruses legal documents including legal agreements, joint venture agreements, agency agreements, memorandum of incorporation, confidentiality agreements, liaises with external law firms and trademark agents from time to time as directed by Gr oup Legal Advisor.
