Swisslinx Middle East is seeking a Legal Counsel to join the legal team of their client (a reputed investment firm)
Work Region: Abudhabi, UAE
Job Details:
In this role, the right candidate will be reporting into and supporting the Senior Legal Counsel on all legal matters, which includes a diverse range of work inclusive real estate law, corporate law, employment law and assist mentor paralegals.
Requirements:
-Education: Minimum a Degree in Law
-At least 2 to 6 years of professional experience within law [either law firm or in-house]
-Experience in drafting of agreements and commercial contracts
-Familarity with real estate sector is a plus factor
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Fluent in both English and Arabic languages
