Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Law. He will be responsible for vetting/drafting of all the contracts of the company entered with Agents, Terminals, Vendors and Service Providers. He has to liaise with the User Departments and External contracting. He will also be responsible for drafting specific corporate needs and handling of legal cases and arbitration proceedings filed by or against the company worldwide. The job would also entitle him translate certain document from Arabic to English and vice versa. Therefore the candidate needs to be fluent in Arabic and English.
