Minimum Requirements:
-B.Sc. Degree in engineering and ability to understand engineering drawings, materials specifications, international standards, (e.g.. api ; ansi ; asme ; bs ; iso, etc.) and inventory control.
-8 years general materials/purchasing experience, preferably within an oil/gas environment.
-Field production and/or drilling operations experience is essential.
-Carries out technical evaluation of bids submitted for stock items and recommend technical acceptance/ rejection.
