• Documents call information on the application . 

• Maintain knowledge of product/services. 

• Provides quality of each call. 

• Manages length of calls. 

• Ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• University Degree.
 
• Very good Arabic and English (spoken and written) 

• Very good command in MS Windows and Office applications. 

• Ability to work in shifts basis (morning /evening) .
