A leading Middle East based agriculture and dairy manufacturer urgently requires a Logistics Site Manager to join their dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
> Applicants should possess a masters degree in Business Administration.
> Should be specialized in Supply Chain Management.�
> Work experience of minimum 6 to 10 years is needed.
> Preference to applicants with 2 of experience in a multi-national organization and 4 years in the same position.�
> Should possess excellent knowledge of inventory management, warehouse management and freight management.
> Should be familiar with the different functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
> Develop capability enhancement business plan and incorporate those in the action plan.�
> Develop services to meet world-class standard services in the industry.
> Manage the budget very closely for cost efficient operation.�
> Audit existing and new policies and procedures, identify deviations and take corrective action.
> Set targets for all, develop and roll-out plans for their achievement.�
> Monitor and benchmark current service levels with last year’s customer service results.
