Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the consultancy department in business valuation and handle special assignments.
2. Prepare statutory / internal audit reports, draft management letters, monitor subordinates, coordinate with clients on reports, and prepare limited review reports.
3. Manage statutory Audits, Free zone companies and other organization, review Interim fi nancial statements.
4. Examine the Internal control Systems, draft appropriate management letters highlighting the weakness in the control structure and recommending improvement in the system.
5. Prepare consolidated Financial Statements, Internal Audit Assignment for banks and manufacturing companies; conducting analytical review of clients operations and make necessary recommendations.
6. Organize comfort letter to assist the underwriters in due diligence procedures, assist in preparation of business valuation report for manufacturing companies.
7. Candidates having extensive experience in hospitality/aviation ONLY may apply. CIA certification is a must.
