Job Description:

A well-established Freight Forwarding Company located 
near Ramada Hotel, Bur Dubai having offices in Jeddah, 
Dammam and Shenzhen, China requires the following 
personnel to drive their growth and diversification 
plans: MANAGER - Business Development (Freight 
Forwarding Industry).

Qualification Requirements:

• Minimum Five years sales management

experience in freight forwarding in the Dubai market.

• Should have knowledge of and experience in 
imports (air & sea), exports (air, sea & sea-air cargo), 
re-export and Africa trade lanes, Iraq, Afghanistan and 
CIS traffic.

• Should possess a good rapport with 
carriers and have a network of agents worldwide.

• Should come onboard with some key accounts and an 
existing client base.

• Should be capable and willing to do frontline sales calls with sales executives.

• Should be capable of building and leading a team of sales executives.

• Should be capable of taking full responsibility for revenue targets through self-directed 
frontline sales coupled with effective management of thesales executives.
