Job Details :
* Ability and proven track record to manage large teams effectively.
* Should have managed large teams.
* Ensure adequate guidance & training of team members to ensure
process objectives & Customer requirements are met.
Job Requirements:
* CA holder.
* Good knowledge of managing F&A operation metrics.
* Minimum of ten years experience in F&A domain and
preferably in a BPO environment.
* Good experience in Tally Erp 9.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
