Job Details :
* Review existing policies and align them with Org strategy
* Create new policies as per requirement and evolving trends in
alignment with Org strategy, HR Vision and strategy.
* Benchmark policies with industry to ensure 'Best in class' policies
are implemented.
* Be the custodian of all employee related policies for the
Organization.
Job Requirements:
* MBA holder.
* Ten years relevant experience in Corporate HR in manufacturing
organisations.
* Good communication skills in English.
