Job description
To implement Al Rifai standard operating controls and procedures, by adopting a proactive style to ensure that the standards are bought into and achieved.
Agree the annual KSA business plan & budget and then to oversee and drive the agreed plan, reporting regularly upon progress.
To manage the property acquirement process from conducting the initial feasibility analysis right through to fit out and store opening.
Use inspirational management to engage, coach and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Fully bilingual Arabic/English.
A proven track record of managing and substantially growing a 100MSR turnover business.
