position of Manager Maintenance



Candidate Profile



BE – Mechanical / Electrical from a leading engineering university. 


Carry out training of maintenance staff through training centre facility. 


7 – 10 years of hard core maintenance experience in manufacturing industry. 


Monitoring of spare parts requirements. 
Ensure full compliance to stated SHE guidelines. 
Job Profile



Provide effective leadership to deliver defined service factor, maximize equipment availability and 
support production through an effective and highly responsive maintenance management system. 


Plan, organize, coordinate and implement planned plant shutdowns and annual turnarounds through own 
staff and contractor workforce. 


Institute sound SOP’s for equipment failure investigations, operational trouble shooting, detailed 
root cause analysis etc. to prevent repeat or similar failures. 


Institute an effective system to track, monitor and report equipment performance, plant reliability, 
cost efficiency and related indices for routine functional reviews and stewardships.
