A Bahrain based Group having multi location business is looking to recruit a young and dynamic Operations Manager.
Brief Job Description:
^ Conceptualize, develop, and implement appropriate and successful marketing strategy for the unit.
^ Effectively perform Customer -Service & PR role with all the company clients to ensure that they do not have any issue that affect and impair reputation of the unit.
^ Design new strategies and marketing plans to deal with
completion in the industry to Improve its business.
• Promote the unit 's swift growth through aggressive
marketing strategies and optimum utilization of resources.
^ Play a lead role in the overall commercially viable operation of the unit.
^ Deliver a quality service at most economical price
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
A Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least five years of successful track record in similar environment, with hand-on experience in Installation/ Repair / Maintenance of HVAC/R in multiple sites In Marine / Industrial /Commercial units in GCC with an Aggressive Marketing Skills.
The Ideal applicant shall have superior negotiation and communication skills and the ability to build a healthy rapport with Frontline Managers of various prospective Clients The candidate will be responsible for representing the company, and to achieve The Budgeted Sales Targets within constraints.
Exceptional Diploma Holders in HVAC/R will also be considered.
