An established MEP contracting company requires Managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should possess a university degree.
> Work experience of at least 5 years in Middle East is needed.
> Excellent communication skills are required.
> Need good leadership skills.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Continue the development of the department in line with agreed targets.
> Monitor and analyse costs to prepare computerised budgets and reports for management.
> Listen to customer complaints and resolve problems to restore and promote good public relations.
> Give work directions, resolve problems, prepare schedules, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.
> Assign or delegate responsibility for specified work or functional activities and disseminate policy to engineers/supervisors.
> Direct and coordinate, through subordinate engineers, department activities in residential, retail, commercial and industrial premises.
> Evaluate current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives and to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.
> Review and analyse reports, records and orders, and confer with engineers/supervisors to obtain data required for planning department activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.
