The ideal candidate must be an engineering graduate along with min 5 years of experience in HR preferably in petroleum industry with good knowledge of drilling operations. Overall experience must be in training, career development and recruiting. The successful candidate will be required to coordinate training, recruiting, CAMS administration, succession planning and career development within the Well Operations.
