A leading Industrial company is looking for MANPOWER PLANNING AND BUDGET SPECIALIST.Aligning employees performance with departmental and corporate objectives is critical to our success
Responsibilities
The position plays a key role in managing corporate manpower initiatives including prepare and organize annual Manpower Budget documents and organization charts, prepare and distribute the monthly budget reports, analyze anomalies and maintain Succession Plan records and prepare reports. The position will also analyze global and regional work force information, studies, evaluates and recommends alternative manpower-service arrangements, prepares ad hoc reports for senior management on turnover, staff distribution or other relevant factors.
Applicants should have:
• A Bachelor Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or HRMS 5— 10 years general HR or business administration experience
• 2—3 years in manpower planning administration
Computer literate in Oracle HRMS. High proficiency in MS Office. Project planning skills, Analytical, Excellence in English and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail, and report writing skills.
