Job Details:
-Organize gap analysis on the basis of supply-demand analysis, with focus on providing sufficient insights for management decisions
-Develop data driven workforce models to track criteria set by management and in line with industry peer benchmarks
-Conduct scenario planning and long term forecasting analysis
-Partner with Finance to deliver monthly / annual FTE, productivity, costs analysis at the function/role level
-Well Coordinate the internal audits as it relates to ongoing documentation, governance and control of capacity models

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/ Finance/ Business Administration or an equivalent  
*Post graduate Degree is preferable.
*2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role
*Experience and skills in data modelling, visualization or having Knowledge of workforce planning & statistical tools
*UAE Nationality
