He should be able to Handle:
1. System/Desktop/Network Support
2. Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of
3. Exchange Server 2003/2007, Active Directory Service (ADS),
4. Group Policy (GPO), Domain Name System (DNS),
5. Remote / VPN Server : Win2003 environment,
6. Backup Devices : Tape drives/ normal scheduled backups
7. Firewall/Proxy Client
8. Internal External Wireless (wifi)
9. Access-Points and Routers devices.
10. Router Configuration
11. File Transfer Protocols (FTP), Web Server (HTTP),
12. Internet Connection Sharing (ICS), ADSL,
13. LAN Routing, Network Address Translation (NAT),
14. Virtual Private Network (VPN)
15. Remote Installation Service (RIS), User Management,
16. Distributed File System (DFS) and Printer Configuration
Familiar with HP servers and Microsoft Network Environment
Application installation &configuration:
Windows 2000, XP, Vista, Ms Office 2003 &2007
Knowledge of SQL or Oracle is added advantage
