A client based in UK has now an office in UAE is currently looking for a Female Office Clerk to work in Al Mafraq Juvenile Centre in Abu Dhabi.

Experience:

The ideal should have at least 2 years experience in same field.

Job description:

1. Selected candidate would type and distribute as required routine letters, memos, and reports to ensure accurate information is prepared and correctly distributed to deadline.

2. Maintain and update computer records and paper based records so that they are current and accurate.

3. Sort and distribute incoming post and prepare all outgoing mails, prepare drinks and refreshments for visitors and managers as required.

4. She should maintain, ensure efficient administrative support by photocopying and filing important documents.

5. She should always maintain a clean and tidy office area in order to project a professional, healthy and safety image.
