Job Details:
* Managing his schedule and performing a wide variety of responsible,
complex and confidential administrative.
* Organizing and maintaining files and records.
* Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
* Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
Job Requirements:
* Minimum three to five years working experience.
* Secretarial Diploma holder.
* Typing capabilities with a speed not LESS THAN 50 / 60 W.P.M.
* Good knowledge of shorthand will be extra advantage.
* Computer literate-using Word and Excel applications.
* Excellent communication skills.
