Description:
We are looking for the position of Operation Manager, located in Riyadh , Saudi Arabia.
It is telecom / it based company.
Visa already available in India.

The main tasks is :
* • Perform implementations of project tasks
* • leading company team in the way which management selected to meet Company/Project objectives.
* • Implement company plans in the assigned projects.
* • Reporting to Operations department with all the working details.
* • Receiving company tools and distribute it on the team members as per work requirements.
* • Assist the Project Manager to establish work plan and staffing for each phase of project.
* • Coordinate activities of project to ensure project progresses on schedule.
* • Perform responsibilities like training technicians, assigning work; and solving problems.
* all candidate should have 70% as a min from the following skills and
qualifications:
* 1. Excellent skills in UTP works( Pulling, termination and Testing).
* 2. Very good Experience in UTP materials brands and quality.
* 3. Excellent skills in Fiber Optic works( Pulling, termination and Testing).
* 4. Very good Experience in Fiber Optic materials brands and quality.
* 5. Using Fluke Tester with all modules.
* 6. Using OTDR.
* 7. Using Splicing Machine.
* 8. Team leader skills.
* 9. Very good English communications skills.
* 10.Very good computer skills (office software, Auto Cad, and Visio ).
* 11.Very good reporting skills.
* 12.Very good knowledge in Power (AC / DC ).
* 13.good knowledge in Site / Data Center Preparation.
* 14.good knowledge in Site Survey.
* 15. good knowledge in preparing a detailed Passive BOQ.
* 16. good knowledge in Audio / Video equipments and accessories, Audio / Video Cables
termination and Good Experience in configuration of Audio / Video equipments.
* 17.Holding Cisco certificate CCNA/CCNP.
* 18.Good knowledge in Active components.
* 1.Driving License
• Manage and organize the work for a team of engineers, project managers, and technicians.
• Manage customer relationship and ensure that project are completed within time, cost and quality
• Enhance the area of operations with processes, procedures and policies in way that will ignite work and benefit the company.
• Responsible for finalizing proposals and quotation to customers.
• Excellent communication skills in English and presentable to others.
