A leading ready mix company in Bahrain is looking for suitable candidates for the post of Operation Supervisor for ready mix plant operations.
Requirements:
> At least 7 years of experience in the industry and 3 years in similar role.
> Good knowledge in Plant Management.
> Excellent communication skills in English,having skills in Arabic will be great beneficial.
> Good team player with a self motivated personality.
> Strong skills in MS Office.
Responsibilities:
> Responsible for all operation activities at the factory as well as delivery.
> Prepare daily production program and delivery schedule.
> Operation organization.
> Forwarding maintenance and breakdown info to the maintenance department.
> Staff monitoring.
> Work together with sales department for proper delivery schedules.
> Prepare production reports on regular basis.
