Most of our assignments are in the Middle East, but we also have regular clients in South Korea, the Caribbean and Southern Africa.
Job description
1) Liaison with clients on project requirements and analyzing and advising of cost implication for estimation of each project.
2) Planning and mobilizing project for O & M.
3) Monitoring projects through Project Managers/Foremen/supervisors to deliver profitability.
4) Dealing with client requirements which include but not limited to Housekeeping. Administration, sewage, power, manpower, lugger buckets, maintenance.
5) Developing new products and services to ensure that we offer a single window shop to the clients.
6) Introduce innovative techniques in the existing business to derive competitive advantage
7) Implement quality systems and follow safety guidelines in the operations. In keeping with the ISO/HCE and other safety requirements as per request of the Clients.
8) Develop a culture of continuous improvement through customer feedback meaning/analyzing and taken corrective action through training to improve the same
Qualifications
An Engineering degree is essential, and a MBA is an advantage.
