Job description

Booking meetings, organising flights and accomodation, organising diary. Managing the Directors busy schedule. 
Office travel requests and approvals. 
Typing reports, answering the phone, reading the Directors emails

Qualifications

Must have previous experience as a Secretary / PA within a large reputable organisation. 
Excellent communication skills, mature outlook 
Ability to prioritize workload, highly motivated, positive attitude with a pleasing personality 

Must be a mature Bahraini national.
