Job Description:
An exciting and challenging oppurtunity for a PABX Engineer!
The successful applicant will be responsible for all aspects of the support and administration of a large scale PABX system
Core Responsibilities:
Installing, Configuring and performing moves or changes of the PABX Systems.
Follows up and coordination to provide telecom related support.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Has a proven capacity to develop and sustain customer confidence within customer-contractor relationships.
Fluent in English - both oral and written.
Must be a self starter and able to work without supervision in the field.
Must be highly competent, presentable and customer-focused.
Knowledge:
Must have experience in Univerage Neax 2000 IPS, Philips Sopho 3030 Super visor, Panasonic KX-TDA 200, NEC PABX Systems.
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
UAE Driving Licence is an added advantage.
