Job description
Lead and drive execution on all aspects of program commercialization process in order to get new partners up and running in close cooperation with our regional commercial and cross functional teams.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to enforce contract conditions to drive sustainable growth with the partners in the region. (comm.targets tracking,component competitiveness,documentation maintenance ,product enhancements, audits ).
Offer operational support to the key accounts in the region
Participation in OP reviews on program financials with business leaders .
Accountable for program financials in the region
Qualifications
Degree in electrical engineering .
Fluent English /French communication skills, verbal and written
Basic product/application knowledge in IEC system enclosure technology & electrical components
3-5 expertise in IEC LV and MV equipment project business and strong knowledge of international industries.
Ability to pitch to customers and management team from view point of audienceAnticipate customer needs and takes action to meet needs Energetic,drive for results and successPursues aggressive goals and work hard to achieve them
