Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years Operational experience in large Oil & Gas plants, refinery or petrochemical
plants including working with contractors during (pro) commissioning and start-up is preferable.
• Responsible for all aspects of operating the panel for that area and directing a team of
operators to ensure the clean, safe, effective and optimal operation of the designated plant and
equipment.
• Operation of control panel in a clean, safe, effective and optimal way during mode change,
start-up and shut down.
• Able to manage complex interfaces in a very integrated plant, requiring excellent communication capabilities.
