A large provider in the pharmaceutical and health care industry with close to 500 pharmaceutical retail stores and a large wholesale division operating in the Saudi Arbaia requires PERSONAL ASSISTANT / PROJECT MANAGER / SECRETARY 

Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Must possess a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

• Must be able to speak and write in Arabic. A Saudi national is preferred.

• Possess excellent organizational, planning, and administrative skills.

• Possess skills in business analysis.

• Possess excellent computer and presentation skills.

• Possess excellent inter-personal skills.

• Possess high integrity and confidentiality level.

• A mobile person who can travel at short notice, when necessary.

• A self-starter who has the ability to work independently and long hours, when necessary.
