Job description
Has responsibility for organizing the time and work schedule for the General manager, by utilizing the full range of outlook tools, making sure that the GM makes optimum use of his time and that each day runs in the most efficient manner possible.
Organize meetings, conference calls and requested by GM making sure that the participants are well informed of the time required, location and purpose and ensuring that the necessary infrastructure and catering is available.
Coordinates business trips in line with the company travel directive, to find most convenient and cost effective way to reach the desired destinations
Ensure tickets, pick-ups, hotel accommodation are well prepared
Requirements
Professional education in Administration
3-4 years relevant secretarial experience, preferable in the UAE
Good knowledge of MS office system
Fluent spoken and written English language skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree
