Job Description:
	 Provide ongoing assistance & ensure the professional execution of all administrative duties
	Job Responsibilities:
	•Prioritize own activities & work on several tasks simultaneously
	•Prepare requested presentations, documentation & back office paperwork
	•Handle with a high degree of competence a variety of administrative & special project responsibilities
	•Manage diary commitments & ensure travel or accommodation arrangements are managed effectively
	•Organize & store paperwork, documents & computer based information
	•Manage confidential information including financial data, business plans, & projects
	•Plan & schedule meetings or conferences when needed
	•Prepare minutes of meeting, reports & professional business letters / emails
	•Screen telephone calls, inquiries or requests & handle them when appropriate
	 Qualifications Requirements:
	•University degree with a minimum of three-five years of experience in a similar role
	•Flexibility in working hours needed
	•Fluent in Arabic, English & French
