Principal of ICT Audit, Qatar
Our client, a Middle East based commercial bank is looking for a Principal of ICT Audit to join its dynamic team in Qatar.
Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed audit plans based on risk assessment, perform audits, provide guidance/support to other auditors and prepare audit reports.
• Manage the IT Audit function; undertake internal audit activities according to the Bank’s Policies, Procedures and Regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive resolution of control issues relating to significant areas of risk in a manner consistent with corporate goals, strategies and values.
• Provide critical support in the achievement of audit objectives and the performance of IT audits for the business lines, corporate processes and special projects.
Requirements:
• Must have a professional IT auditing qualification, such as CISA or equivalent.
• At least 8 years relevant IT security, networks, change management and IT audit experience in a major bank or leading audit firm in the GCC.
• Minimum of 5 years in IT audit managerial capacity in a bank in the GCC and familiar with auditing analysis software like ACL, IDEA, etc. and expert in IT methodologies such as COBIT or COSO.
